Podcast: Rip City Report, Episode 100

Greetings playoff basketball fans. After the Trail Blazers finished off their regular season schedule Wednesday night at but before Game One of their first round playoff series versus the Golden State Warriors Sunday afternoon in Oakland, your humble podcast crew of Joe Freeman and I, Casey Holdahl, hit up the Moda Center studio to record the first 2017 postseason edition of the Rip City Report podcast, which also happens to be our 100th show. You can listen below…

In the first of what are hopefully many playoff podcasts,  Freeman and I give our initial thoughts on the Trail Blazers-Warriors playoff series, Golden State being a matchup nightmare for any teams, oddsmakers and pundits giving the Trail Blazers very little chance in the series, the “latest” on Jusuf Nurkić injury and finish by answering listener questions about Nurkić, the best games of the season, the Blazers’ X-factor in the series, the starting lineup the Blazers will use if Nurkic can’t play, Noah Vonleh’s improvement, food halls and much more. We’ll get around to celebrating 100 episodes at some point, but there’s just too much business to attend to right now for such frivolity.

You can subscribe and listen to the Rip City Report on SoundcloudiTunes and Stitcher. Now is a great time to subscribe to the Rip City Report, as we’ll be dropping new podcasts in between every game of the series.
